One evening at 8:37 p.m. we received an emergency call from a woman in Istanbul who had noticed a small, sick and emaciated horse in the middle of the city center. At a police station nearby, she said, she learned that the animal had an owner who was neglecting it and left it to fend for itself. Her question was, "Can you let me know if it is possible to contact local Turkish-speaking forces to somehow help the animal?". We ask the lady for precise localization. Immediately we inform our Nilgün and already the next morning Nilgün achieves that the owner sells us the little mare. Although she, we named her Gonca (the blossoming rose), is just 50 kg light, she is already 2.5 years old. A charming girl who can now lead a safe and happy horse life in Yasam Vadisi.
