Lukasz was called by the governor's office, in a family whose family members all have severe mental and psychological disabilities, dogs would be kept in deplorable conditions. It is not easy, the unpleasant resistance of the dog owners is difficult, but Lukasz manages to get all the dogs out of there and brings them to us in safety.
