Welcome to the Keimzelle (Nucleus)
The grounds have become a refuge for over 1600 homeless and vulnerable animals and are thus the nucleus of Pro Animale. Since 1985 there have been 30 – 50 dogs living here at any one time, waiting for a happy home.

We currently care for
33 dogs and 118 pairs of jackdaws.
We have 5 employees working here in full and part time. The average maintenance costs amount to € 18,000 per month.
We receive an average of € 940 from Star Money and sponsorships.
