We were called to report that a donkey in the Commanage near Flesk was in danger of going to seed. We managed to rescue Lazarus, who was estimated to be 5 years old and had obviously been abandoned in a very bad condition with devastating hooves.

An adorable, golden boy. And Ellen the goat (3 years old) had also been abandoned right next to a road where she was in danger of falling victim to traffic. A warm welcome to both of you!
