There was already a court order that a man had been sanctioned with a ban on keeping dogs – already 5 months ago, whereupon a dog was taken from this unspeakable place – but the second dog on the chain had been left behind. It is minus 10 degrees and the dog left behind is currently unattended. When Lukasz hears about it from local residents, he immediately sets off to find the little dog.
