Private animal welfare activists from Swidwin learned about the tragic fate of a female Boxer mongrel who was living in an antisocial environment. With the help of the police, the dog was confiscated and we were asked to take her in. She came to us emaciated to the bone with a tumour on her mammary gland and already blind due to an untreated diabetes disease. She is an angelically delicate soul.
